Changed your mind? You can return your order.
Change of mind
- Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unopened, sealed and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping is free: we arrange and pay for it.
- We refund the full price to the payment method you used once the item is back with us, within 30 days at the latest.
Faulty or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 6 months of delivery for a replacement or a full refund, as the Consumer Protection Act provides.
